Roles and Responsibility

- Serve as the primary technical authority for operational platforms and applications.
- Lead the design and delivery of solutions using .NET C, ASP.NET Web API, SQL Server, Azure, and Angular.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Define and enforce operational standards, best practices, and runbooks.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead modernization optimization and cost reduction initiatives.




- Translate business requirements into operational and technical solutions and support leadership with risk assessments and improvement roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to operations and development teams, while reviewing designs, procedures, and documentation for quality and completeness.
- Support onboarding and continuous skill development within the team.
