We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - Cloud Infra Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure management, with expertise in bare metal physical switches and datacenter architecture.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the team working in a 24x7 model, responding to live site incidents and outages promptly.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document incident reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and support teams during major incidents.
- Participate in on-call rotations and track SLAs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and contribute to continuous project improvements.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in bare metal physical switches and datacenter architecture, along with Azure concepts.
- Excellent understanding of Tier IV Networking architecture or knowledge of Nvidia switches.
- Experience working on different regions with a robust understanding of DC Architecture and topology on Nodes and Switches.
- Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and leading experience.
- Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu and understanding of various automation tools such as PowerShell and Power Automate Workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to define and follow recommended practices and business processes within the Project.
- Creating TSG MOP SOP documents.
