We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer Trainer with 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and frontend development with Angular or React and TypeScript. This position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, with flexibility for remote onsite delivery as required.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and deliver comprehensive modules on backend Java, Spring Boot, frontend Angular/React, and integration patterns.
- Teach API-first design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems aligned with BFSI use cases such as credit risk, payments, and fraud detection.
- Guide participants in designing secure, scalable applications using OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, and OWASP Top 10 principles.
- Explain resilience engineering concepts including Resilience4j circuit breaker, bulkhead, retry, timeout, and caching strategies with Redis and Caffeine.
- Demonstrate API Gateway patterns, Eureka service discovery, and asynchronous messaging with Kafka.
- Lead participants in building production-grade microservices with REST/Kafka integration.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce design standards, and mentor on BFSI-specific non-functional requirements, availability, latency, and auditability.
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineer, Data Architect, QA Architect,



and Business Analyst trainers to ensure cohesive delivery.

Job Requirements

- Robust expertise in Java, Java 17, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React and TypeScript.
- Exposure to the BFSI domain with an understanding of regulatory and risk constraints.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale production-grade systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, AWS/Azure, containerization, and CI/CD automation.
- Core skills include backend-first application architecture and API design, frontend development with Angular/React and enterprise UI principles, resilience and security engineering, performance optimization, and observability.
- Experience in mentoring and stakeholder communication, as well as BFSI domain awareness and compliance considerations.
- Preferred certifications include Spring Professional Certification, AWS/Azure Architect Certification, TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile credentials.
- Reporting Collaboration: Reports to Programme Director Exponential Coach.
