We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - Software Engineering with 8 to 13 years of experience in Salesforce platform development, specifically in Agentforce AI. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow automation frameworks.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered agents and intelligent automation using Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and the Salesforce Platform.
- Act as technical lead and SME for Salesforce Agentforce implementations, ensuring performant governance and safe AI automation.
- Design AI Agent architectures integrating Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds Service Sales Industries FSL, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to enable unified customer context for AI agents.
- Lead handson development using Apex Triggers, Batch Queueable Platform Events, Lightning Web Components LWC, and Salesforce Flows Screen Recordtriggered AutoLaunched.
- Extend Agentforce agents using Apex actions, Flow actions, and external services, ensuring data privacy masking and AI-readiness compliance.
- Implement event-driven and API-led integration patterns, enabling secure agent actions across systems of record.
- Define AI governance frameworks including prompt management, auditability, and agent logging, while collaborating on Responsible AI practices and rollout standards.
- Lead technical teams through design and code reviews, partnering with Product Owners, Architects, and AI stakeholders.
- Support estimation,



sprint planning, UAT, go-live, and hypercare, mentoring developers on Agentforce AI patterns and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow automation frameworks, with hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Experience working with Einstein AI features, prompt-based workflows, and AI actions, along with knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and conversational workflows.
- Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures, with strong API and integration knowledge, including REST Platform Events and MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms.
- Understanding of data models and ingestion patterns for agent context awareness, ensuring data privacy masking and AI-readiness compliance.
- Experience with integrations between Agentforce and external APIs, enterprise systems, and knowledge sources, focusing on event-driven and API-led integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I II), Salesforce AI Einstein credentials, and Integration Architecture Designer is a plus.
- Exposure to GenAI governance or Responsible AI frameworks is desirable.
- A degree in B.Tech/B.E. is required.
