Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and AI engineering teams to translate business problems into actionable AI and GenAI requirements.
- Define high-impact GenAI and agentic AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
- Design prompt interactions and intelligent bot interactions to ensure business relevance and usability.
- Support the design of agentic AI systems by defining workflows, decision logic, guardrails, and success criteria for autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
- Create, refine, and manage epics, features, and user stories in JIRA for AI and GenAI initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Job Requirements

- Hands-on experience working with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI initiatives in a business analysis or product role.
- Practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering concepts, and transformer-based architectures.




- Strong experience writing detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for complex systems.
- Proven operational experience using JIRA for requirements management, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.
- Understanding of APIs, enterprise system integrations, and data flows to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Credit Risk lifecycle, financial services, or regulated environments is advantageous.
- Clear and actionable AI requirements that reduce rework and accelerate delivery.
- Business-aligned GenAI and agentic AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
- High stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
- Effective collaboration between business AI and engineering teams.
