We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, responsible for implementing agile SAP project methodology or strategy for implementation and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should have between 9 to 13 years of experience in SAP BPC consolidation and sectors, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP GR Consolidation Scope Design Build Test phases.

Roles and Responsibility

- Implement agile SAP project methodology or strategy for implementation and post-implementation support.
- Understand complex business processes and perform the SME role.
- Evaluate system architecture enhancements and upgrades, providing recommendations according to the SAP roadmap.
- Manage teams and provide directions on complex cases.
- Liaise with teams and clients for architecting and implementing solutions.
- Analyze current business process design and conduct workshops and technical configurations in Group Reporting solutions.
- Collect business requirements and apply best practices for solution design.
- Possess functional and configuration knowledge in Group Reporting.
- Have solid insights on GL Asset accounting, Controlling, and profitability process areas.
- Be knowledgeable about compliance and statutory requirements, including IFRS and GAAP accounting rules.
- Have hands-on experience with GR BW SAC BPC S4 and Fiori Apps.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamically changing environment.
- Drive projects as per scope and participate in business workshops to gather requirements and propose TO-BE processes as per best practices.
- Have very strong business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions, S4HANA Finance, FICO.
- Must possess excellent communication and good listening skills.
- Should have exposure to project implementation, discovering the scope, defining project phases, and timelines.




- Ability to drive projects using the Implementation Methodology approach.
- Liaise with clients for blueprint sign-off, UAT sign-off, and project sign-off.
- Knowledgeable in SAP GR with good knowledge of backend configuration implementation and unit testing, including GR objects such as Master data of FS items, Consolidation units, Consolidation Groups, Version special version, Fiscal year variant, and Architecture design.
- Knowledgeable in historical data loading from different systems to Group Reporting.
- Knowledgeable in currency translation in Group reporting and able to handle different currency reporting with various conversion rates.
- Experience in setting up reporting rules for cash flow.
- Hands-on experience in reconciliation between legal entities and resolving reconciliation issues.
- Experienced in integrating GR with other systems like SAC.
- Experience in setting up the data monitor, consolidation monitor, and define tasks for eliminations.
- Experience in reporting GR data through Fiori apps, Analysis office, and through SAC reports.
- Knowledgeable in journals and flexi upload in Group reporting.
- Knowledgeable in GRDC.
- Expertise in creating, managing, and distributing forms for manual collection of financial and non-financial data.
- Proficiency in defining mapping rules and transformation logic to automate data loads from various SAP and non-SAP source systems into the ACDOCU table.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing data validation rules, control checks, and traceability logs.
- Proficiency in master data management for Group Reporting, including GL accounts, profit centers, consolidation units, etc.
- Client office at Bellandur.
- Shift timing: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
