- Manage order to cash (OTC) processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize OTC operations for improved efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows to streamline sales operations, including quote-to-cash conversion rates analysis.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in Order to Cash or related field such as Operations Management or Salesforce Administration.
- Solid understanding of OTC principles, including order management, invoice generation, payment collection, and credit control.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM system; ability to develop custom workflows and reports.
