Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into effective Revenue Cloud architectures.
- Lead discovery phases by conducting feature demonstrations and detailed requirements analysis.
- Develop solution architecture and design documents presenting alternatives and best practices to customers.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Perform data migration, validation, and automation to support revenue operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CPQ rules, pricing, discounting, and invoicing.
