We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 10 years of experience to lead our Cloud Operations Team, focusing on AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, particularly in AWS and Azure cloud operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide operational support for AWS and Azure IaaS services, including EC2, EBS, AMIs, Snapshots, Load Balancers, VPC, Virtual Machines, Disks, VNets, NSGs, and Load Balancers.
- Perform and oversee incident service requests and change activities, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
- Lead a team of AWS/Azure cloud administrators, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, runbooks, and operational processes, driving CAB call and PIR calls with clients.
- Act as a technical escalation point L2/L3 for complex infrastructure issues, providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Review operational work for quality, compliance, and accuracy, monitoring backup compliance and ensuring infrastructure monitoring is reviewed and acted upon.
- Support backup validation, snapshot management, and restore testing, while also assisting in audit support and evidence collection activities.
- Coordinate with Network teams for issues outside the defined scope and participate in daily operations calls, weekly reviews, and service meetings.




- Support RCA preparation for recurring or major incidents and maintain operational documentation, updating runbooks as needed.
- Ensure smooth handover and knowledge transfer within the team and identify basic automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks.
- Support scripting or automation initiatives as defined by leadership and encourage standardization and process improvements.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in AWS and Azure cloud operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking basics, monitoring, and ticketing tools.
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell and Bash.
- Experience leading or acting as shift/technical lead, demonstrating strong incident and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders, possessing good communication and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in managed services or support workplace, with cloud certifications (AWS/Azure Associate) preferred.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
