Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, E-Bonding, and other relevant technologies.
- Gather and document integration requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions, from design to deployment and support.
- Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other systems, including HR and CRM systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance,



and ensure the stability of integrated systems.

Job Requirements

- Strong experience with API development, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, E-Bonding, and other integration patterns.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including design specifications, configurations, and workflows.
