We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team, with strong exposure to costing, budgeting, and banking relationships.

Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience: 7–10 years (relevant industry experience)
Preferred Background: Manufacturing sector; prior experience in textiles will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and monitor product/process costing, ensuring accuracy in cost sheets
- Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Manage banking relationships, including working capital limits, LC/BG facilities, fund flow, and reconciliations
- Liaise with banks for renewals, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Support MIS reporting and variance analysis (budget vs. actual)




- Coordinate with plant/production teams for cost control and efficiency improvements

Expertise/Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of cost accounting principles and standard costing methods
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Sound understanding of banking and trade finance instruments (working capital, LC/BG)
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and advanced Excel/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for liaising with banks, auditors, and internal teams
