- In-Process & Line Inspection: Perform routine, random, or stage-based inspections of components directly on the production line (CNC, VMC, and turning machines).
- Setup Approvals: Review and approve the "first off" or initial setup parts before the machine operator proceeds with batch production.
- Dimensional Measurement: Utilize precision tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, and thread gauges to verify tolerances and surface finishes.
- Defect Control: Identify non-conforming (NG) parts, immediately inform supervisors, and halt the production line if critical defects are continuously generated.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate quality check sheets, fill out scrap reports, and document inspection data to ensure full traceability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
