- Experience in managing Security incidents, SLA’s. KPI’s
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the team is well-trained and equipped
- Develop and manage incident response protocols.
- Conducted regular reviews of security incidents and performance metrics.
- Lead the team in responding to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Maintain explicit communication with client stake holders and senior management.
- Provide regular updates and reports on security status and incidents
