We are looking for a highly motivated ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both ERPNext and the Frappe Framework to lead the implementation, customization, and continuous enhancement of our ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and customize ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom applications, DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, and Print Formats using the Frappe Framework.
- Write and maintain Client Scripts, Server Scripts, and custom Python code.
- Customize ERPNext through hooks, APIs, and Frappe best practices.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party applications.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and system testing.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across ERPNext and Frappe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through automation.
- Maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience with ERPNext implementation and customization.
- Hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL.
- REST API development and integration.




- Custom DocTypes, Child Tables, and Forms.
- Custom Scripts (Client & Server Scripts).
- Workflows and Workflow Actions.
- Print Formats (Jinja).
- Report Builder, Script Reports, and Query Reports.
- Bench Commands and ERPNext deployment.
- Git version control.
- AWS/Azure experience is good to have.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in ERPNext/Frappe development and implementation.
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience building custom Frappe applications.
- Knowledge of ERPNext architecture and framework internals.
- Experience with Docker, Nginx, Redis, Supervisor, and Linux deployment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Git workflows.
- Experience with Payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax).
- Experience integrating ERPNext with external systems such as payment gateways, biometric devices, or third-party APIs.
