Position Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Graphics Designer with strong multimedia design skills to create engaging, user-centric digital experiences and high-quality visual assets. The ideal candidate will combine UI/UX expertise with graphic design, video editing, and 2D/3D animation capabilities to support product, marketing, and branding needs.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine UX flows.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and consistent UI patterns.
- Collaborate with Italian technicians for ticket handover, discussion, or escalation.

Multimedia Design

- Edit and produce videos for product demos, social media, and marketing content.
- Create 2D animations, motion graphics, micro-interactions, and UI animations.
- Work on 3D design or animation projects.
- Prepare engaging visual content for product launches, explainer videos, and promotional materials.

Graphic Design

- Create visual assets such as illustrations, icons, banners, posters, presentations, and brand materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and print creatives.
- Design marketing collaterals for social media, web, and campaigns.

Collaboration

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Development, and Product.
- Translate business and user needs into creative, high-quality visual solutions.

Quality & Innovation

- Stay updated on design trends, UI/UX best practices,



and animation techniques.
- Experiment with AI-driven and emerging design tools to enhance productivity and creative quality.
- Contribute recent ideas and techniques to improve design workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core UI/UX Skills:

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and design systems.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-friendly layouts.

Graphic Design Skills

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
- Ability to create brand-aligned visual assets and layouts.

Multimedia Skills

- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- 2D animation and motion graphics skills using After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Lottie animations for UI is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of 3D tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya.

Additional Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Ability and willingness to experiment with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, etc.)
- Creativity and strong visual storytelling ability.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX, graphic design, or multimedia design.
- Experience in creating UI animations or product demonstration videos.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphics, and multimedia work.
