We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant who can effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand, analyze, and document client business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Translate functional requirements into technical tasks and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design, system configuration, implementation, integration, and deployment activities.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and recommend optimal technical solutions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and ensure successful project implementation.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Support client demonstrations, training sessions, and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, updated, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

- 1.5–5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC,



Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software implementation processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, JSON/XML, databases, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of web and mobile application development processes.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRMS, or enterprise software implementation projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of UI/UX concepts and wireframing tools is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, Business Analysis, or ERP platforms are preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
