Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to handle execution of Solar Power Projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) along with government-based projects like PM Surya Ghar Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), and High Mast Lighting Systems. The candidate will be responsible for complete project lifecycle management from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities Solar Projects

- Manage rooftop & ground-mounted solar plant execution
- Oversee installation, testing & commissioning
- Coordinate with DISCOM for net metering approvals
- Ensure quality, safety & timeline compliance

PM Surya Ghar Yojana

- Handle residential solar installations under government scheme
- Manage subsidy documentation & portal updates
- Coordinate with vendors & beneficiaries
- Ensure smooth inspection and commissioning

Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM)

- Manage solar-based water supply projects
- Coordinate with government departments & contractors
- Ensure timely installation of solar pumps & systems
- Monitor field execution and reporting

High Mast Projects

- Supervise installation of high mast lighting systems
- Manage electrical work, poles, cabling & panels




- Ensure proper testing and commissioning

General Responsibilities

- Project planning, scheduling & execution
- Vendor & contractor management
- Material procurement & inventory control
- Site visits, inspections & progress tracking
- Budget monitoring & cost control
- Team handling (Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians)
- Client & government liaison
- Reporting to senior management

Required Skills

- Robust project management & leadership skills
- Knowledge of solar EPC, electrical systems & site execution
- Experience in government projects (PM Surya Ghar / JJM preferred)
- Good communication & coordination ability
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with documentation & compliance processes Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- MBA / PMP Certification (Added Advantage)

Experience

- 4–10 Years in Solar / EPC / Infrastructure Projects
- Must have handled government or large-scale projects
