Designation: Procurement Practice Analyst

Qualifications: BCom/Bachelors degree with Finance specialization

Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years

What would you do

- Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
- Serve as a process Subject Matter Expert for procurement and supply chain operations.
- Perform and oversee end to end PR validation and approval activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with defined procurement policies and SOPs.
- Ensure daily procurement operations run seamlessly with zero disruption to downstream buying and PO processes
- Ensure all PR validation and approval activities are completed within agreed SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor daily queues and ageing to proactively address bottlenecks and risks.
- Support defect reduction by identifying root causes and driving process adherence.
- Act as the first point of contact for requestor queries related to PR validation, approval status, rejections, and rework requirements.
- Provide timely, clear, and professional responses to requestors to enhance user experience.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, procurement stakeholders, and requestors.




- Provide accurate operational updates and insights to leads or managers as required.

Work Conditions
- Shift: US Shift
- Work Model: Hybrid (office + remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on current assignments
- The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
