Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in one or more HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs.
- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
- Configure Core HR, Workforce Structures, Security, Approval Workflows, and HCM Extracts.
- Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
- Ensure solutions align with Oracle Cloud best practices.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and support.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules such as:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Recruitment (ORC)
- Learning
- Compensation
- Advantages
- Workforce Modeling

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and configurations.
- Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and Approval Workflows.
- Knowledge of security roles and data access configuration.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
