Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of commercial property and corporate facilities. The role involves ensuring smooth facility operations, vendor management, property maintenance, statutory compliance, workplace safety, and delivering high-quality services while optimizing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial and corporate facilities.
- Manage housekeeping, security, MEP services,, fire safety systems, housekeeping staff, and other facility services.
- Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and vendor performance.
- Monitor facility budgets, operational expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely closure of maintenance observations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, fire safety norms, and building compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants,



occupants, clients, and internal stakeholders for all facility-related matters.
- Oversee procurement of facility-related materials, equipment, and services.
- Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, AMC schedules, and facility documentation.
- Lead and mentor the facility team to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling multiple vendors, large teams, and commercial properties.
