Job Description

* Prepare and maintain product cost sheets and Bills of Materials (BOM).

* Calculate standard cost and actual manufacturing cost.

* Analyze material, labour, and overhead costs.

* Monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

* Coordinate with Production and Purchase teams for cost optimization.

* Verify inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.

* Assist in monthly and yearly cost closing activities.

* Prepare profitability analysis by product, customer, and business segment.

* Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.

* Review manufacturing expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
