Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 EAM Functional Consultant (SCM) Experience: 10+ Years Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Note: Candidate must be willing to work 100% onsite for the initial 6 months .

Job Summary:

OSI Digital is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 EAM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 EAM implementations, configure enterprise asset management solutions, and support asset lifecycle and supply chain business processes for global customers.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle EBS R12 EAM and Supply Chain implementation projects

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

- Configure Oracle EBS EAM modules including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Tracking, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, configuration guides, and test scripts

- Execute SIT, UAT, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support activities

- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to business teams

- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, conversions, and customizations

- Act as the Functional SME for Oracle EAM and Supply Chain modules





- Drive continuous process improvements and Oracle EBS best practices

Required Skills:

1. 10+ years of Oracle EBS Functional consulting experience

2. Minimum 12 end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 EAM implementation projects

3. Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 EAM, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management

4. Experience in Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Maintenance Scheduling, and Asset Lifecycle Management

5. Solid understanding of Supply Chain business processes and ERP implementation lifecycle

6. Experience with data migration, testing, deployment, and post-production support

7. Knowledge of SQL, Oracle database concepts, and ETL/data migration tools

8. Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills

Good to Have:

- Experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil Gas, or Asset-Intensive industries

- Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting

- Oracle EBS Implementation Certification

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 upgrades and enterprise-wide implementations

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who:

- Has never worked directly with clients

- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS R12 EAM implementation experience

- Is not willing to work 100% onsite in Dubai for the initial 6-month implementation period
