Job Description:

We are hiring for client coordination roles with leading media organizations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction to start or grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional environment.

As part of the media team, you will handle clients and client interactions , providing prompt, courteous, and effective resolutions to a variety of customer issues. You'll be expected to deliver outstanding service experiences across global markets, working in collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Details

Process: Account/project coordinator role

Experienced: Up to 8 LPA (Based on current CTC and relevant experience)

Qualification Criteria:

Education: Grads/Undergrads

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and hindi

Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs

Experience Required:

Mandatory: Experience in internatioanl process for experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities:





- Customer Engagement- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, both externally and internally.
- Connect with clients and drive regular status calls, executive summaries and strategy meetings for high-profile projects.

- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

- Create, maintain and communicate to client project timelines and budgets.

- Prepare and communicate pricing quotes and estimates with client.

- Ensure Billing and Revenue Tracking is maintained weekly.

- Manage client change orders by negotiating deliverable due dates between clients and internal departments, balancing internal capacity with external demands and expectations

Any Graduate / Undergraduate (With Excellent English Communication)

Freshers & Experienced

(05 yrs) can apply

Must be open to work in rotational shifts/night shifts

Good typing speed and listening skills
