Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding process, and bid evaluation.

- Manage e-tendering processes on various portals such as GeM portal for railway construction projects.

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for tenders.

- Ensure timely submission of tenders by coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

- Monitor the progress of ongoing tenders from receipt to final closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in tender documentation, e-tendering, or related fields.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.C.A., B.Com).

- Proficiency in preparing bid documents, managing bids through online platforms like Gem Portal & other similar websites.
