- Conduct prospecting activities in field work. Identify potential Life Advisors and lead their selection & onboarding process
- Manage a team of 10 to up to 30 LAs and provide performance support to Life Advisors to achieve sales targets and monitor the field activities
- Collaborating with the team members and join Life Advisors in fieldwork in order to achieve Sales Target
Job Requirements :
- MBA Marketing or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or related field (freshers welcome).
- Robust understanding of sales principles, marketing concepts, and brand management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients.
