- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 2-6 years old.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
- Develop solid relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess program effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-3 years of experience in pre-primary education or related field (nursery/preschool).
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
