Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Oracle EBS Technical Experience: 6-8 Years Job Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

Job Summary:

OSI Digital is looking for a Senior Software Engineer Oracle EBS Technical with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and technical solutions across Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS modules while ensuring high-quality and scalable implementations.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and technical solutions

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions

- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, Forms, Reports, Workflows, Interfaces, and Conversions

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues

- Prepare technical design documents, coding standards, and implementation documentation

- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions





- Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices

Required Skills:

1. 68 years of Oracle EBS Technical development experience

2. Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Workflows

3. Experience working with Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain (SCM), and HRMS modules

4. Knowledge of XML Publisher, OAF, Web ADI, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)

5. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware is an added advantage

6. Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills

7. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills

Good to Have:

- Oracle EBS Technical Certification

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Fusion Applications

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Experience in enterprise Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who:

- Has never worked directly with clients

- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Technical development experience

- Is not willing to work collaboratively in a team environment
