Job Profile

- Conduct meetings with clients to assess factors affecting interior design, such as budget, architectural preferences, and the purpose/function of the space.




- Plan and design interiors for residential spaces, clubhouses, and hospitality projects.
- Estimate material requirements and costs, presenting designs to clients for approval.
- Select or design hard finishes, CP/sanitary, soft furnishings, wall finishes, artworks, and accessories.
- Collaborate with engineering and consultants to coordinate MEP, HVAC, and other services.
- Prepare working drawings for site implementation or manufacturing processes.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and production teams as required.
