- Provide technical support to stakeholders on data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Troubleshoot complex data problems using tools like Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality, availability, and latency.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Support Engineer or equivalent position.
- Robust understanding of airflow workflow management systems for scheduling tasks.
- Proficiency in Python programming language with experience working with libraries such as PySpark for big data processing.
- Experience managing incidents through incident management processes.
