Our India desk is growing fast, serving Indian clients directly, and supporting global clients building teams and capability centres in India. This role is central to that build.

THE ROLE

You will run full-cycle recruitment for our India mandates, covering both technical and non-technical hiring.

Depending on the account, you may work as a standard agency recruiter, or as an embedded fractional recruiter sitting inside a client's talent team a model that gives you real depth on one business rather than surface-level exposure to many.

We are looking for someone at the intermediate-to-senior end, past the learning phase, able to own requisitions independently, and ready to grow into a lead role as the desk expands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Own end-to-end recruitment for India-based mandates, sourcing through to offer and joining.
2. Recruit technical roles in software engineering across stacks, DevOps and cloud, data engineering and analytics, QA, product and design.
3. Recruit non-technical roles: sales, marketing, finance and accounting, HR, operations, customer success and support functions.
4. Source through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, communities and AI-assisted sourcing tools.

Run structured screening calls covering skills, notice period, compensation expectations, location preference and motivation.
6. Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops and keep both client and candidate genuinely informed.
7. Handle offer discussions and stay close to candidates through notice period to reduce drop-offs.
8. Keep the ATS current and produce clear weekly pipeline and market updates for clients.
9. Work as an embedded fractional recruiter on client accounts where the engagement calls for it.
10. Contribute to building our India talent database and recruiting playbooks.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- 3 to 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in the Indian market, from an agency, RPO, or in-house talent team.
- Demonstrated delivery on both technical and non-technical roles, comfortable moving between a backend engineer brief and a finance manager brief.
- Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean search, with the persistence to find candidates who are not on the first page.
- Clear, professional spoken and written English. Additional Indian languages are a plus.
- Good grasp of the Indian hiring landscape, compensation benchmarks, notice-period realities,



counter-offer dynamics, market rates by city and function.
- Hands-on ATS or CRM experience and general comfort with recruitment technology.
- Ownership mindset and self-discipline. This is a fully remote role and delivery is measured on outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

NICE TO HAVE

- Exposure to international clients or global capability centre hiring.
- Experience recruiting for startups and scale-ups where requirements evolve mid-search.
- Experience as an embedded or fractional recruiter within a client team.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing, screening and outreach tools.
