We are seeking a Business Consultant to join our Global Consulting Group. This is a high-impact role for a result driven professional who is passionate about driving growth and creating measurable business outcomes.

The Business Consultant is responsible for delivery of consulting services to customers and for defining, improving, and driving best practices across the practice within the customer base. The Business Consultant may also work in pre-Sales engagements, during the presentation and/or scoping phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with customers to understand business objectives and HR processes across Core HR, Learning, Performance, Succession, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions and advise customers on HR transformation and process optimization.
- Facilitate business processes, configuration, validation, and design workshops with customer stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define implementation strategies, delivery plans, and risk mitigation approaches.
- Configure, validate, document, and test solutions, including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
- Develop functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Provide functional leadership throughout implementation, working closely with technical, integration, reporting, and customer teams.
- Deliver administrator training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support to drive user adoption and customer success.
- Support data migration validation, integrations, reporting, and continuous solution optimization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices, product capabilities, and implementation methodologies.




- Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, delivery excellence, and internal best practices while mentoring junior consultants.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, delivery quality, utilization, and project KPIs.
- Stay current with emerging HR technology, AI, and workforce transformation trends to deliver creative solutions.
- Travel up to 50% to support customer engagement and project delivery as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 35 years of HCM consulting experience, including 2+ years delivering medium to large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Functional expertise in one or more HCM domains, including Learning, Performance, Succession, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, or Core HR.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, talent lifecycle, and global HCM best practices.
- Experience leading business discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
- Excellent customer facing consulting, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Proven ability to lead functional workstreams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams, including project management, technical, integration, and customer stakeholders.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Experience with leading HCM platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.
