Must have delivered at least one residential/ commercial/ industrial/ WTP/ STP project from starting to completion in QA/QC role at Project location. Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.
Job Responsibilities
1. Preparation / review of Quality assurance plan, FQP/ QAP method statements.
2. Carry out and ensure all the test as per QAP
3. Familiar about IS Codes, BOQ, Project Specifications, etc.
4. Ensuring periodic training to staff / manpower/ contractor etc
5. Coordination with client/consultant/contractor for mock up
6. Monitoring inspecting Quality of Construction works.
7. Issuance of Quality observation report/ NCR for deviations observed and tracking for closure
8. Conducting fortnightly Quality meeting with team/ client/ contractor
9. Review of Test Reports (MTC's Third party test reports) of incoming materials.
10. Preparing Calibration Plan of equipment and ensuring calibration before due date.
11. Submitting Quality reports
12. Ensuring data sheets of construction chemicals used at site.
13.
Responsible for all Quality records storing, retrieving, etc.
14. Issuing punch list/ snag list to contractors and tracking for closure.
15. Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.
16. Identifying Root cause analysis for all deviations/ observations and proposing correction action proposing prevention action.
17. Maintaining lab tests and field records.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.E./B. Tech. Civil Engineering/ Any specialization in QA/QC will be highly preferred
- Required Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Required No of years' Experience: 3 to 5 years
