We are hiring an experienced Deputy General Manager Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for a leading MNC manufacturing organization based at Bangalore Location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across large manufacturing plants/campuses.
- Manage Housekeeping, Security, Canteen, Transport, Utilities, Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste Management, Office Administration, and other Hard & Soft FM Services.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, Factory Act, Fire & Life Safety, Electrical Safety, Labour Laws, and all statutory requirements.
- Oversee utility operations including Electrical, HVAC, DG, Water Systems, STP/WTP, Compressed Air, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Drive vendor management, contract governance, SLA/KPI monitoring, budgeting, cost optimisation, energy conservation, and operational excellence initiatives.




- Lead large teams and outsourced service partners while ensuring high service standards and business continuity.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, audits, facility governance, and continuous improvement projects.
