Experience

- 2-4 years.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and support integration within SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration API management).
- Basis knowledge of SAP modules database to handle errors, O data services, RFC connectivity etc.
- Troubleshoot failed message processing errors, and connectivity issues.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support interfaces between SAP systems (like SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications.
- Work with business and functional teams to understand integration issues.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations.
- Support transport management across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
- Monitoring tools and error handling techniques.
- Monitoring dashboards.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
- iFlows (Integration Flows).
- Adapters (SFTP, SOAP, OData, REST, RFC).
- Understanding of APIs and API Management.




- Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (especially SAP S/4HANA).

Soft Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a support environment (in shifts if required, 6 day week).
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- SAP certification in Integration Suite (optional but valuable).
- Experience with cloud platforms and integration architecture.

Tools Technologies
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- SAP BTP.
- SOAP UI / Postman.
- SAP Cloud Connector.
