Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer who is passionate about AI-powered marketing and enjoys mentoring students. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering training on modern digital marketing tools, AI-driven marketing strategies, and performance marketing.

This role requires a trainer who can simplify complex concepts, conduct engaging classroom sessions, and continuously update the curriculum with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom training on Digital Marketing, AI Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Train students on Search Everywhere Optimization (SEO for Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms).
- Conduct practical sessions on Marketing Automation using HubSpot, Zapier, AI CRM workflows, and automation tools.
- Train students on Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI-powered bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Teach Marketing Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva AI, AI Prompting, and the latest AI tools.
- Develop and regularly update training content based on current AI and digital marketing trends.
- Conduct live project-based learning sessions with practical demonstrations.
- Record training sessions and maintain recorded class content for future learning.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous guidance and mentorship.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 3+ years of Digital Marketing Training experience.
- Prior training experience with reputed Digital Marketing institutes such as IIDE, Digital Vidya, DIDM, DSIM, Digiperform, or similar institutes will be preferred.
- Strong practical exposure to AI tools used in Digital Marketing.
- Experience handling live digital marketing projects with measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Working Schedule

- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Tuesday or Thursday (Rotational)
- Recorded classes are mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to travel from Pitampura to Chandigarh once every month for training sessions.

- Male candidates only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be comfortable with classroom training and practical demonstrations.
- Must be willing to travel monthly for training assignments.
