What would you do The Sales Administration Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end sales order and contract administration activities, ensuring timely order processing, customer communication, delivery coordination, reporting, and issue resolution. The role acts as a key interface between customers, commercial teams, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and superior customer experience. Order Contract Management Customer Service Query Management Claims Returns Management Delivery Logistics Coordination Reporting Analytics Documentation Compliance Process of Sales Order validation at Billing stage and setting up of sites, linking technical details insert charges in to Billing system to initiate Billing for customers.

What are we looking for Education
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline. Experience
