- Shift: Night Shift (North America / 7 PM - 7 AM)
- Work Location : Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Job Description & Requirements

- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (CL11)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer Service (CS) experience in an expanding contact center background
- Skill Requirements: Strong English communication skills with targeted Versant scores (Blended: 64+, OR Voice: 65, Non-Voice: 65)

Recruitment Journey (3 Rounds)

1. Round 1: HR - Initial Screening
2. Round 2: Versant Assessment
3. Round 3: Operation Round All the 3 rounds will be virtual, if required will call candidates for F2F interview discussions as well.

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual CTC: Up to 600,000/- (CL11)




- Monthly Take-Home: 41,500/-
- Incentives: Up to 2,500 monthly performance-based incentives
- Transport: Free cab facilities provided for women during the night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
