Job Description:

- Manage a team of 120- 150 Pickup and Delivery Partners directly on a daily basis.
- Drive individual efficiency and productivity of assigned Pickup & Delivery Partners.
- Maintain attendance of Pickup and Delivery Partners based on daily demand.
- Improve and sustain promised delivery timelines for enhanced customer experience.
- Conduct classroom and on-field training sessions to improve service quality.
- Perform regular field audits to ensure compliance among Pickup and Delivery Partners.
- Manage and control voluntary attrition and absconders through engagement activities.
- Provide individual feedback and conduct weekly one-on-ones to address performance gaps.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by resolving order-level escalations promptly.
- Support Pickup and Delivery Partners during emergencies and critical situations.

Desired Skills:





- 1+ years of experience in process design and operations management, preferably handling blue-collar workforce.
- Must own a bike and be willing to travel within the city.
- Flexibility to work on weekends.
- Robust supervisory and motivational skills to manage and train field staff.
- Good knowledge of local geography and fluency in local languages.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
