Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in the complete US Staffing lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Direct Clients, sourcing top IT talent, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Direct Client requirements.
- Source candidates through Job Boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates across various IT technologies.
- Strong understanding of US Visas, Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Job Types, and Time Zones.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage candidate communication until onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Meet submission and delivery targets while ensuring quality hires.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Direct Client requirements.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with ATS and major job portals.
