Key Deliverables (KRAs)
1. Lead SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programme, including planning,
governance, stakeholder management, system integration, testing, training, data migration,
and post-go-live stabilization.
Ensure delivery within approved timelines, scope, quality, and budget.
2. Ensure Reliable Legacy System Operations
Maintain uninterrupted operations of current ERP and legacy business applications during
the transition to SAP HANA
Develop and execute a structured migration roadmap with minimal business disruption.
3. Strengthen Cyber Security & Information Security
Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy covering network security,
endpoint protection, identity and access management, data protection, vulnerability
management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Drive compliance with ISO 27001 and other relevant security standards.
4. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management
Modernize IT infrastructure including servers, cloud environments, networks, storage,
backup systems, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and business continuity across all locations.
5. Digital Transformation & Business Automation
Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization across manufacturing, supply chain,
sales, procurement, finance, HR, and customer service.
Introduce emerging technologies that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
6. IT Governance, Risk & Compliance
Establish robust IT governance, policies, standard operating procedures, vendor
management practices, software licensing compliance, audit readiness, and IT risk
management frameworks.
7. Manufacturing Systems Integration





Integrate shop-floor systems with enterprise applications, including production planning,
quality, inventory, asset management, and Industrial IoT initiatives where appropriate.
Support Industry 4.0 initiatives aligned with business objectives.
8. Vendor & Project Management
Manage IT vendors, implementation partners, cybersecurity consultants, cloud service
providers, and telecom partners.
Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and optimize technology investments.
9. Business Partnership & User Support
Partner with business leaders to understand technology requirements and deliver solutions
that enhance business performance.
Improve IT service delivery through effective helpdesk management, user training, and
service-level adherence.
10. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build and mentor a high-performing IT team with expertise in ERP, cybersecurity,
infrastructure, applications, and analytics.
Foster innovation, continuous learning, and a service-oriented IT culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Education
MCA/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or equivalent.
SAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PMP, or cloud certifications
would be advantageous.
Experience
1215 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years heading enterprise
IT functions.
Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programmes.
Strong exposure to manufacturing organizations (preferably engineering, industrial products,
process manufacturing, or automotive components).
Demonstrated expertise in cyber security, IT governance, ERP, infrastructure management,
and digital transformation.
Experience managing hybrid IT landscapes involving both modern ERP platforms and legacy
systems.
