Roles and Responsibilities :
- Verify customer identification documents such as PAN Card, AADHAR CARD, Voter ID etc.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for recent customers.
- Ensure accurate data entry of customer information into the system.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding client data.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year experience in BPO or related field.
- Strong understanding of KYC procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in Oriya language is an added advantage.
