We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT functions, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-paced startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process for candidates and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Track hiring progress and maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives, campus hiring programs, walk-in events to meet business hiring needs.




- Support onboarding activities and other HR initiatives as required.
- Support administrative and operational activities, including vendor coordination, office administration, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to changing priorities, new tools, and evolving business needs.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is preferred.
- Take ownership of recruitment, HR, administrative, and operational responsibilities as required in a dynamic startup environment.
