Position- Senior Java Backend Engineer (Technical Lead)
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Location: Srinagar

About the Role-
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer to take technical ownership of our backend platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for designing scalable backend systems, driving architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering secure, enterprise-grade applications for government and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities




Lead backend architecture and technical decision-making.
Design and develop scalable REST APIs and Java microservices.
Build event-driven applications using AWS messaging services.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Conduct code reviews and mentor engineering teams.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized deployments.
Collaborate with product, delivery, and external stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade backend systems.
Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native architecture.
Experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical lead.
Ability to make architecture decisions and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Government/Public Sector or Enterprise SaaS experience.
JasperReports or other reporting frameworks.
PDF/document processing integrations.
Kafka or EventBridge.
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
Third-party enterprise system integrations.

Pay: ₹1,042,183.89 - ₹2,377,190.57 per year
