Job Description – Highrise ERP Specialist (Construction ERP)

Position: Highrise ERP Specialist
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: BE Civil / Diploma Civil Preferred
Industry: Real Estate / Construction Mandatory

Role Summary

The Highrise ERP Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the Highrise ERP platform across construction projects. The role will work closely with Planning, Procurement, QS, Billing, Contracts, Project Management, and Site Execution teams to ensure accurate project data, reporting, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer the Highrise ERP platform across ongoing projects.
- Configure and maintain project masters, BOQs, budgets, vendors, and project structures.
- Support Planning, Procurement, QS, Contracts, Billing, and Project teams in ERP utilization.
- Monitor project progress, cost tracking, procurement status, and material consumption through the system.
- Ensure accurate entry and validation of BBS, BOQ, RA Bills, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Material Requisitions.
- Generate project MIS, dashboards, cost reports, procurement reports, and management summaries.




- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely updating of project information.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with software vendors for enhancements and support.
- Conduct user training and drive ERP adoption across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and process compliance within the ERP ecosystem.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Highrise ERP (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of:
- Quantity Surveying (QS)
- BOQ Management
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Procurement Processes
- Contracts & Billing
- Project Planning
- Material Management
- Cost Monitoring

- Experience in construction project reporting and MIS generation.
- Robust Excel and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication and training capabilities.

Preferred Profile

- Experience with residential or commercial high-rise construction projects.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of project controls and construction cost management.
