HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Garment Manufacturing / Apparel
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office | 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
- Handle recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
- Coordinate with department heads to close positions on time.

Eligibility

- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 3–4 years of HR recruitment experience.




- Mandatory experience in recruitment for the Garment/Apparel/Textile Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in hiring factory staff, production teams, merchandisers, designers, and support functions.
- Positive communication and MS Excel skills.
