- Assessing academic background, career goals, English proficiency, and budget
- Suggesting suitable universities, colleges, and programs
- Explaining admission requirements, eligibility, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes
- Helping students prepare application documents:
- Tracking application deadlines and admission status
- Coordinating with university representatives and admission teams
- Guiding students on visa documentation and interview preparation
- Maintaining student records in CRM/software systems
- Following up with leads and converting inquiries into enrollments
Daily Activities
- One-on-one student counseling sessions
