1. Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technology Lead with deep expertise in the Financial Services domain. This is a high-impact role requiring a rare blend of 20+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, and programme delivery. You will lead the modernization of mission-critical banking platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-concurrency performance, and seamless data integrity across public (Azure) and private (OpenStack) cloud environments.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Strong project planning and management skills with focus on delivery.
- Strong ability and passion for leading team of senior developers.
- Architectural Oversight: Design resilient, ACID-compliant distributed systems capable of handling 1,000+ transactions per minute.
- Financial Integration: Spearhead the integration of complex Banking APIs (Open Banking/PSD2) and real-time payment middleware.
- Cloud Governance: Manage public or hybrid-cloud architecture, balancing data sovereignty with scalable compute on Azure.
- Data Migration: Lead multi-terabyte SQL Server migrations to AlwaysOn clusters with zero downtime and strict SOC2/GDPR compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Direct the full SDLC for high-value programmes ($10M+), bridging the gap between C-Suite vision and engineering execution.

- Secure Coding (OWASP/SonarQube)

b) Data & Infrastructure

- MSSQL Performance Tuning
- SSIS & ETL Governance
- Azure PaaS/IaaS & OpenStack
- Terraform & Kubernetes (IaC)

4. Domain & Leadership Requirements

- Proven experience with Tier-1/2 Banking or Financial Institutions.
- Expertise in Business Analysis (BA) for translating complex regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with legacy system modernization and monolithic-to-microservices transitions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) preferred.

5. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field of Engineering/Technology

6. Location: In Jaipur. You may be required to travel for business/client meetings to the USA, EU, UK project sites.
