We are expanding our team and are looking for a R&D; Developer.

As this position requires on-site presence, we will exclusively consider applicants residing in Pondicherry .

Your Role

As a R&D; Developer, you will work closely with senior engineers and researchers to explore, design, and build innovative software and data-driven solutions.
This role offers hands-on exposure across the full research and development lifecycle — from idea exploration and prototyping to implementation, testing, and deployment of scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Researching and experimenting with new AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
- Designing, developing, and integrating software components and APIs
- Implementing data processing, automation, and intelligent features in applications
- Assisting in model, algorithm, or system evaluation and optimization
- Deploying solutions and ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Writing technical documentation and participating in testing and debugging
- Collaborating in team discussions, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Contributing creative ideas to improve product quality and development workflows.

Required Qualifications





- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, academic, and personal projects accepted)
- Strong programming skills in Python (additional languages are a plus)
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software fundamentals
- Familiarity with software development practices and backend concepts
- Analytical thinking with robust problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Nice to Have

- Exposure to AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with databases, APIs, or microservices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Understanding of DevOps or MLOps basics
- Participation in hackathons, research projects, or tech competitions
