CRM Business Manager – Iron & Steel Industry - Rs Puram, Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced CRM Business Manager with a strong background in the industry to manage key customer relationships, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, and complaint resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, pending orders, collections, and MIS reports.




- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular business updates to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in CRM, Key Account Management, or Business Development in the Iron & Steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel products, commercial operations, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.
- MBA/Graduate in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Location: Coimbatore

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
