The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering innovation within the enterprise architecture framework.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.





- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture principles and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate diverse technology solutions and optimize enterprise-wide architecture.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

- Robust knowledge of designing and managing scalable network architectures.

- Experience with network security protocols and best practices.

- Ability to analyze and optimize network performance and reliability.

- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and hybrid infrastructure integration.

- Skilled in troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing effective solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
